This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between Businet and the account holder (hereinafter called Customer) and supersedes any other written or oral agreement. Upon notice published on-line via Businet services, Businet may modify these terms and conditions, and/or modify the prices, as well as discontinue or change services offered.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please notify our Customer Services hotline at 3799-2729 so we can initiate a closure of your account.

這聲明代表客戶完全明白及同意跟隨必勝網互聯網服務條款及細則以及代替任何書面和口頭協議。當客戶被必勝網通知己經使用必勝網互聯網服務,必勝網可以保留更改條款及細則的權利,以及調整服務收費和終止或更改服務內容。

如客戶不同意必勝網服務條款及細則,請致電必勝網客戶服務熱線3799-2729。我們進行為客戶終止服務安排。

Businet reserves the right to cancel service for any reason without prior notice. In case of cancellation, unused fees may be returned to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis. Fees for setup and the first month's service are not refundable.

必勝網保留任何原因即時終止客戶服務的權利。如客戶的服務終止或被終止, 服務費會按比例地退還予客戶。建立網站費用和第一個月的服務費將不會退款。

Businet makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing.Businet will not be responsible for damages the customer suffers.

必勝網不保証任何形式服務,無論是表達或暗指。必勝網不承擔客戶使用必勝網互聯網服務如有帶給客戶任何損失的責任。

Customer warrants that any material submitted for publication on Businet does not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory common law or proprietary interest of others or contain anything obscene or libelous. Businet reserves the right to remove any and all materials which infringe on copyright work. Such materials will be removed at any time upon receiving a complaint and or notice of copyright infringement.

客戶保証任何給予必勝網發佈的資料不會違犯或侵犯任何版權,商標,專利,法定的普通法或任何人財產的利益或包含任何淫穢或誹謗的東西。必勝網保留一切權利於消除任何或所有違犯版權資料。違法資料將會在任何時侯被消除一旦收到控告或違犯版權的通告。

Your domain name should be assigned within 7-10 working days and is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.

客戶的區域名稱大約在七至十個工作天完成,但不作保証直至另行通知。

Customer may terminate the subscription of service by a 30 day prior Written Notice serving on Businet. Customer may not terminate the service without proper prior Written Notice on a duration shorter than specified herein. The Customer shall be responsible for all fees before a proper termination of the service in accordance with this Agreement.

客戶如要終止必勝網互聯網服務,必須三十天前書面通知必勝網公司。客戶將不能夠少過三十天或沒有書面通知之情況下終止必勝網互聯網服務。根據這條款及細則,客戶必須承擔所有服務費直至正式終止必勝網互聯網服務為止。

On occasion, Businet may have a need to communicate with its customers through e-mail issues related to billing, as well as changes, additions and modifications to the network. It is the responsibility of the customer to check e-mail sent to the primary login e-mail address on the account.

有情況下,必勝網公司有需要時會給信息客戶透過電郵,例如帳單,網絡上的增加,改變和修改。客戶有責任去檢查電郵於登記的電郵帳戶。

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Businet of any changes to their account, such as phone number, address, etc. Customers will be required to provide verification for security purposes authorizing them to make any changes to that account.

客戶有責任通知必勝網公司更新客戶的資料如有轉變,例如電話號碼,地址等等。客戶將要提供有效證明來授權必勝網公司更改客戶帳戶資料。

By using our web hosting services, you agree to comply with our acceptable usage policy.?We expect you to possess a basic knowledge of the Internet and computer function.?We also expect you to have access to a computer which is connected to the Internet to use our services.?The spirit of this policy is to guide you to use the Businet service with due regard to the rights of other Internet users and in conformity with special Businet network environment.

客戶選用必勝網互聯網服務,代表客戶同意遵從必勝網互聯網服務條款及細則。必勝網認為客戶持有對互聯網和電腦使用有基本認知。必勝網認為客戶持有其電腦及能夠連接互聯網使用必勝網互聯網服務。這條款的精神是指導客戶和其他用戶在跟從必勝網網絡環境的要求之下如何使用必勝網提供的互聯網服務。

When Businet becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Acceptable Use Policy, Businet will initiate an investigation. During the investigation Businet may restrict Customer 's access in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, Businet may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate Customer's account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, Businet will notify the appropriate law enforcement department of such violation.
Businet does not issue service credits for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from Policy violations

當必勝網發現客戶有違反必勝網互聯網服務條款及細則的情況,必勝網會進行調查。在必勝網進行調查期間,必勝網有可能限制客戶連接必勝網互聯網服務防止有更多違反條款行為之發生。視乎情況的嚴重性,必勝網可能根據其處理權來限制,暫停或取消客戶的帳戶及進行一切補救和防止的措施。如果違反是違法情況,必勝網將會通知適當執法單位違法事件。必勝網將不會給予任何補償或賠償客戶因違反必勝網互聯網服務條款及細則而服務受到影響。

Customer is expected to settle bill payment before payment due date.  Businet reserves the right to suspend/cancel customer account due to the reason.

客戶必須在付款到期日或之前支付服務費,必勝網有權因應客戶未能支付服務費之情況下停止或終止客戶必勝網互聯網服務。

We use the contact information you provide us to establish our service for you. We use payment information for payment processing purposes only. We create and maintain other information such as customer account status, choice of services, and customer logs in the normal course of providing service.

必勝網利用客戶的資料只用作為貴客提供服務,必勝網利用客戶的付款資料也只是用作處理付款。必勝網生產和維持其他貴客的資料,例如貴客帳戶狀態,選擇服務內容和客戶的活動記錄為客戶提供服務之用。

Businet may share customer information with selected partners/third parties, for example, to provide you with information about products which might be of interest to you or to enable you to take advantage of special partner programs. Businet may also use customer information to provide customers with system information or information about new or upgraded products.

必勝網有情況下有可能和合作伙伴分享客戶資料,例如為客戶提供一些由合作伙伴所提供而貴客有興趣的產品或服務。必勝網亦可能會利用客戶資料為客戶提供顧客糸統資訊或新的和提升產品及服務資料。

We will not otherwise disclose customer personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Businet, our customers, or others, or where Businet has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

必勝網不會透露客戶個人和帳戶資料。除非我們有理由相信透露客戶資料是必須去確認,去接觸或作法律行動於任何人對必勝網造成傷害或抵觸必勝網或必勝網客戶的權利或資產,或必勝網有完全信賴透露客戶資料是有法律上的需要。

Customers may opt out of receiving newsletters and/or notices of new or upgraded products from Businet by sending a request to info@businet.com.hk. In this request, customers must identify their domain name and contact information.  Please note, however, that Businet reserves the right to send bulletins and other important information regarding our services at our discretion.

客戶可以給予必勝網指示去停止發送業務通訊或/和新的和提升產品及服務資料,客戶只須要發送一個指示電郵到info@businet.com.hk。在指示電郵內,客戶必須給予其區域名稱和聯絡資料。請注意,必勝網保留發送公告和關於服務上重要信訊到客戶的權利。
